What You May Receive

Eligible class members may receive up to $5,000 in reimbursement for documented out-of-pocket losses related to the alleged data breach, which may include bank fees, communication charges, travel expenses, and credit-related costs. Class members without documented losses may receive an alternative cash payment of approximately $100. The actual amount of the alternative cash payment may vary depending on the total number of valid claims filed. No payout amount is guaranteed.
